My name is Thomas Stensitzki. I’m a principal technology consultant for Microsoft messaging and collaboration technologies and the owner of Granikos GmbH & Co. KG in Berlin. We offer enterprise consulting for Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and hybrid configurations.
I have been a Microsoft MVP for Microsoft 365 and Exchange since April 2018. I’m a Microsoft Certified Solutions Master Messaging and a Microsoft Certified Master for Exchange Server.
From 2020 until 2025, I supported the Microsoft Certified Trainer community in Germany as an MCT Regional Lead and Community Lead, working closely with Microsoft on training and certification topics.
I wrote my first book, “Exchange Server 2019: Das Handbuch für Administratoren”, in 2019. Since then, more books have followed, most recently “IT-Management: Das umfassende Handbuch”.
The year 2024 changed my life. I was diagnosed with lymphoma, and I started a (German) blog about my journey. After finishing chemotherapy in July 2024, I started “Discuss At Ease”.
